I am so excited and happy to share with you all what I have personally experienced over the last 6 months.

On August 27, 2012, I started working with a Nutritionist.  I had gained weight over the past year and was not feeling great about myself and decided to make changes to get back to my healthier self.  When you announced the 60-Day Fall Fitness Challenge, I was so psyched.

I dedicated myself to the Challenge, upping my Bar workouts from 2-3 a week to 5-6 a week.  The combination of learning more about Nutrition (portions, foods that are efficient for my body) AND my Bar Method workout schedule gave me the results at the end of the Challenge of a 20-pound weight loss, 6.5 inches off my waist, and I dropped from size 29/8 to 27/4 in my jean size.

Since the end of the Challenge, I have not only maintained my weight loss and fitness level throughout the holiday season, I have now lost a total of 25 pounds, 7 inches off my waist, and I am wearing a size 26/2.

I attribute the change in my size since November 100% to my Bar Method workouts!  I finally began taking Level 2 classes along with Mixed Level classes, and the combination of the two levels TRULY challenged me to up my fitness level.  For the first time in awhile, I am looking forward to spring clothes and bathing suits…well maybe not bathing suits…LOL!

I want to say a big THANK YOU to you Marin and your amazing staff of instructors.  You guys rock and I am proud to be part of the Bar Method Family.
